At Bigfoot Unleashed, many of our products are made especially for you after you place your order. Because they're created just for you, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color selection
- Buyer's remorse
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Accidental orders
Please take a moment to review sizing charts, product descriptions, colors, and your shipping information before completing your purchase.

π² Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we'll gladly work to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (when applicable)
Once we review the issue, we'll determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund when eligible.

π² Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital product sales are final.
This includes (but isn't limited to):
- Digital artwork
- Wallpapers
- Printable products
- Downloads
- Digital guides
- Other downloadable content
Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

π² Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has entered production.
If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help if production hasn't already started.
